Warranty Policy - Jinan Style Machinery Co., Ltd. (STYLECNC)

Warranty Policy

This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which STYLECNC provides warranty coverage for the CNC machines and/or parts manufactured and sold by us. As the world's leading CNC machine manufacturer and brand, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Scope


This warranty policy applies to all new CNC routers, CNC mills, laser cutters, laser engravers, laser marking machines, laser welders, laser cleaners, plasma cutters, edge banding machines, digital knife cutting machines, wood lathes, parts and accessories manufactured and sold by STYLECNC. The warranty coverage described herein is applicable only to the original purchaser of the CNC machines and/or parts and is non-transferable.


Warranty Coverage


CNC Machines


STYLECNC warrants that the new CNC machines and/or parts, under normal use and service, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of at least one year from the original date of delivery by the customer.


Parts and Accessories


Certain CNC parts and accessories may have separate warranty coverage. The warranty coverage for such parts and accessories will be specified in the machine documentation or any accompanying materials.


Warranty Services


Repair or Replacement


In the event that a CNC machine fails to conform to the warranty coverage during the warranty period, STYLECNC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective machine or its parts and accessories free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will be based on the nature and extent of the defect, and the feasibility of the remedy.


Return of Defective CNC Machines/Parts


Before returning any defective CNC machines/parts to STYLECNC, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the packaging of the returned item. STYLECNC reserves the right to refuse any return without a valid RMA number.


Shipping Costs


In the event of receipt of an incorrect CNC machine and/or part, damage by the carrier, defects in workmanship and manufacturing, or an error on our part. STYLECNC is responsible for the return shipping costs, at no cost to the customer.

The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the actual shipping costs associated with returning in cases where a customer purchased a wrong CNC machine or part, it didn't fit, or they no longer want the item.

STYLECNC will bear the costs of shipping the repaired or replacement CNC machines and/or parts back to the customer, within the original country of purchase.


Repair or Replacement Timeframe


STYLECNC will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the defective CNC machine and/or part within a reasonable period of time. However, the repair or replacement timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the defect, availability of parts, and other factors beyond STYLECNC's control.


Warranty Limitations and Exclusions


Exclusions


This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:


• Misuse, abuse, or negligence by the customer or any third party.

• Improper installation, maintenance, or repair not performed by authorized company representatives.

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the CNC machine and/or part.

• Natural disasters, accidents, fire, or any other external causes beyond STYLECNC's control.


Consequential and Incidental Damages


STYLECNC shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the CNC machine and/or part, even if STYLECNC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.


Disclaimer of Other Warranties


Except as expressly stated in this policy, STYLECNC disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


Customer Responsibilities


To maintain the warranty coverage, the customer must:


• Follow the CNC machine's user manual, guidelines, and instructions for installation, operation, and maintenance.

• Notify STYLECNC promptly of any potential defects or issues encountered with the CNC machine and/or part during the warranty period.

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the CNC machine and/or part, including proof of purchase, when seeking warranty services.

• Allow authorized company representatives reasonable access to the CNC machines/parts for inspection, repair, or replacement purposes.


Entire Agreement


This warranty policy constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and STYLECNC regarding the warranty coverage for the CNC machines/parts and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
